1、Product Introduction

The N-TGD type steel wire rope core tape bucket elevator is a new generation product developed by our company after digesting and absorbing new foreign technologies, combined with domestic production and use practices. This product has the advantages of large conveying capacity, small size, low power consumption, stable and reliable operation, and long service life. Suitable for vertical lifting of dry powdery or small granular materials, widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical, grain, and power for lifting bulk materials. It is an ideal replacement equipment for foreign products of the same specifications in the new dry process cement plant kiln tail raw materials, raw material homogenization warehouse, and cement warehouse incoming materials

2、 Working principle

The traction components of the N-TGD hoist are made of high-strength steel wire rope core rubber knee straps, which overcome the dynamic loads generated by the chain and drive. They are lighter than the chain, work smoothly, and can achieve higher productivity at a faster speed. Under the same production conditions, the adhesive tape can reduce the material line load and traction component line load due to its high working speed and lighter weight, thereby reducing the size and weight of the entire machine. At the same time, due to the good elasticity and flexibility of the tape, it has a damping effect when loading in the hopper. Due to the use of high-strength steel wire rope core tape, the lifting height and conveying capacity of the elevator can be greatly improved, making this product have good development prospects.

3、 Performance characteristics

1. The lifting height is high, and a single machine can reach up to 100m.

4、 Structure

The N-TGD elevator consists of operating components, driving device, upper device, middle casing, and lower device.

1. Operating components: Special designed tear resistant high-strength steel wire rope core tape is used, combined with dedicated tape joints and hopper fasteners to ensure long-term reliable operation of the tape. The hopper design layout is reasonable and has different types of arrangements to ensure continuous lifting and unloading of materials.

2. Drive device: It adopts a direct orthogonal shaft hard tooth surface reducer directly connected to the main shaft of the elevator, equipped with a hydraulic coupling, a slow maintenance motor and a backstop, and a tight transmission structure to achieve flexible starting.

3. Upper device: The drum design adopts an automatic centering device, and the drum is wrapped in high-performance rubber with a long service life and high friction. The first part is equipped with a belt anti deviation device.

4. Central casing: Adopting optimized design of the casing, dual channel design to avoid eddy current interference caused by relatively high-speed tape operation, and equipped with reinforced angle steel.

5. Lower device: Equipped with a gear rack gravity tensioning device, the tail drum stroke is synchronously adjusted. The tail drum adopts an automatic centering design and is equipped with a belt anti deviation device, a production position control device, and a speed detector.
