The TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor (hereinafter referred to as TD type) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, hydropower and other sectors to transport bulk materials or finished items due to its advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost, and strong universality. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed by a single machine, or by multiple machines or combined with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
The TD75 model is used within the ambient temperature range of+40 ℃ to -10 ℃; The temperature of the conveyed material is below 50 ℃. For occasions with special requirements such as explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and cold resistant, corresponding measures should be taken separately.
The bulk density of TD75 type transportable materials should be below 2.5 tons/m3.
This series is divided into seven specifications based on bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600 millimeters, etc.
According to the 9-zone dynamic power, it is divided into 19 types, including 1.5, 2.2, 3.0, 4.0, 5.5, 7.5, 11 (10), 15 (13), 18.5 (17), 22, 30, 40, 55, 75, 100, 115, 130, 155, 185 (180) kilowatts, etc.
Divided by belt speed into eight types: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0 meters per second, etc.
In addition, there is a dedicated manual belt conveyor with a speed of 0.3 meters per second.
The TD75 fixed belt conveyor is designated by its belt width (B), drum center distance length (L), and belt line speed with optional power as the product code.
