Application scope of DT Ⅱ fixed belt conveyor
DT Ⅱ fixed belt conveyor is a universal series product that can be widely used in various industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, petroleum, etc. A single or multi unit synthetic transportation system is used to transport materials, which can transport various bulk materials and packaged items with a loose density of 500-2500KG/M3.
The working environment temperature suitable for DT Ⅱ fixed belt conveyor is generally -25+40 ℃. For belt conveyors working in special environments, corresponding protective measures should be taken separately if they need to have conditions such as heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, and flame retardant.
The DT Ⅱ fixed belt conveyor is designed according to the component series. Designers can select and design according to different terrain conditions based on the requirements of the conveying process, and combine them into a complete conveyor.
This series of components can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also be conveyed in a combination of convex arc, concave arc segments, and straight segments.
The block size of materials that can be conveyed by a conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove angle, and inclination angle, as well as the frequency of large block materials appearing. The maximum block size applicable to various bandwidths is recommended to be selected according to Table 1 in this series. When transporting hard rocks, the bandwidth should generally be limited to 350MM after exceeding 1200MM, and should not increase with the increase of bandwidth.
