Air conveying chute is a pneumatic conveying equipment with a certain slope, used in the cement industry to transport cement and raw material powder.
The XZ series air conveyor chute includes seven slot width specifications (B200, B250, B315, B400, B500, B630, B800) and ten specifications (3 °, 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 °, 8 °, 9 °, 10 °, 11 °, 12 °). Facilitating the design and selection of routes.
This machine includes standard sections (with a length of 2000mm), non-standard sections with a length of 250n (n=1,2,... 7)
30 ° elbow (divided into left and right types, can be arranged in four types: 30 °, 60 °, 90 °, 120 °), ten type four-way (one in and three out), T-shaped three-way (divided into left and right types, one in and two out), feeding section, unloading section, shut-off valve, air supply hose, control valve, filter, observation window, maintenance door/maintenance door assembly, connecting pipe, flange cover and other components.
This machine has no transmission part, no noise, large conveying capacity, easy to change conveying direction, light equipment weight, low cost, and long service life.
