1、Characteristics of FRM vertical mill

2. The particle size of the material entering the mill is large, reaching about 5% of the diameter of the grinding roller, usually 40-100mm. Therefore, large and medium-sized vertical mills can avoid secondary crushing.
3. The grinding efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. The mill adopts a drum shaped grinding roller bowl shaped grinding disc and the material bed extrusion crushing principle. The material is subjected to rolling, shearing, and impact inside the mill; The airflow inside the mill can timely carry out the finely ground materials, avoiding over grinding. The material generally stays in the mill for 2-4 minutes, and the grinding efficiency is 165% of that of the ball mill. The power consumption can be reduced by about 30%.
4. Less metal wear: Due to the fact that the FRM vertical mill does not directly contact the grinding roller with the grinding disc during operation, and the grinding roller and lining plate are made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, the service life is long and the wear is minimal.
5. The grinding roller sleeve can be flipped over for use, extending the service life of wear-resistant materials; And the grinding of cement raw materials, roller sleeves and lining plates have a service life of over 8000 hours, and the operating rate can reach 95%.
