1. Overview
The DMC series pulse single machine dust collector is a small bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad and improving them. This dust collector adopts the technology of high-pressure (0.5-0.7Mpa) high flow pulse valve to blow and clean the dust filter bags one by one. Compared with other single machines in China, it has the characteristics of high dust cleaning kinetic energy and high dust cleaning efficiency. And with small size, light weight, simple and compact structure, easy installation, and convenient maintenance (external filter type), it is widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, and non-metallic mineral ultrafine powder processing as a dust containing gas purification treatment system, making it an ideal equipment for environmental dust removal.
2、 Construction and working principle
1. Specifications and Structure
This series of dust collectors have six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard type A with ash hopper and open flange type B (without ash hopper). Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, clean air chamber, ash hopper, ash discharge valve, pulse blowing device, electric cabinet, etc. The box is all welded, and the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips to ensure that the dust collector is tight without air leakage.
2. Working principle
The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet or enters the filter bag chamber through an open flange. The dusty gas is filtered through the filter bag into clean gas and enters the clean gas chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean gas chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200Pa and the bag filter can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly removed. Dust cleaning is achieved by the program controller timing and sequentially starting the pulse valve to blow compressed air (0.5-0.7Mpa) from the air bag through the nozzle holes (referred to as primary air) and inducing surrounding air (referred to as secondary air) several times the primary air through the Venturi tube into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant and shake off dust with the reverse action of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning.
3、 Selection
1. Model Description
This single machine has six specifications: 32, 48, 64, 80, 96, and 112. Each specification is divided into two installation forms to meet the requirements of different occasions. The specific model specifications are as follows:

2. Selection parameters and selection principles
(1) The main technical parameters for selecting a dust collector are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration, and humidity. According to the maximum values of air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration in the process design, the principle is to slightly lower the values in the technical performance table,
The corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model.
(2) The gas consumption in the table refers to the situation when the factory supplies gas centrally. If an air compressor is used separately, the gas consumption in the table should be increased by 1.5 times.
(3) The air consumption listed in the compressed air consumption column is the maximum air consumption of the equipment model.
3. The appearance and foundation of the equipment are shown in the attached diagram. Our company can also design dust collectors that meet the user's requirements based on the site conditions.
