Pre startup inspection
Mechanical components: Check whether the connecting bolts are loose, especially the connections of key parts such as chains, sprockets, and scrapers, to ensure the stability of the equipment structure. At the same time, check whether the scraper is deformed or worn. If there are any problems, it should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting the material conveying.
Lubrication system: Check whether the lubricating oil quantity at each lubrication point is sufficient and whether the oil quality is good. According to the requirements of the equipment manual, regularly add or replace lubricating oil to ensure the lubrication effect of the equipment and reduce mechanical wear.
Electrical system: Check if the wiring of the motor and reducer is secure, if the grounding is good, and if all electrical components are functioning properly. At the same time, check whether the control buttons, switches, etc. are flexible and reliable to ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical system of the equipment.
Conveyor chain: Check if the tightness of the chain is appropriate. Loose chains can cause problems such as tooth skipping and chain detachment, while tight chains can increase motor load and accelerate the wear of chains and sprockets.

Precautions during operation
Feed control: Feed the feeder evenly to avoid feeding too fast or too slow. At the same time, the feeding amount should be controlled to avoid exceeding the rated conveying capacity of the equipment.
Operation status monitoring: closely observe the operation status of the equipment, including the sound and temperature of the motor and reducer, the operation of the chain and sprocket, and the conveying situation of the scraper. If there is any abnormal sound, vibration or high temperature, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to operate.
Material conveying situation: Pay attention to the state of the material during the conveying process, such as the flow rate and accumulation of the material. If there is any blockage or scattering of materials, the machine should be stopped in time for cleaning to ensure smooth material transportation.
Regular maintenance: According to the maintenance requirements of the equipment, regularly maintain and upkeep the equipment. Including replacing lubricating oil, cleaning the accumulated material inside the equipment, checking the wear of chains and sprockets, etc.
Post shutdown processing
Cleaning equipment: After shutdown, the materials inside the equipment should be cleaned in a timely manner to avoid residual materials causing corrosion or affecting the next use of the equipment. At the same time, clean the dust and debris outside the equipment to maintain its cleanliness.
Turn off power: Turn off the power switch of the device and cut off the power to ensure the safety of the device. At the same time, conduct necessary inspections and maintenance on the equipment to prepare for its next use.
Record operating data: Record the running time, feed rate, discharge rate, and other data of the equipment in order to analyze and evaluate its operation.
